Denton Air show

The air show was in the town of Denton, a thirty-five minute drive north from Grapevine. Sean had to work all day Saturday, so the kids and I packed some snacks and made the trip to the great airplane extravaganza.

Gray enjoyed the show quite a bit. There were a variety of airplanes which made for an exciting show of speed and aerobatics.
The planes on the tarmac were open for display. The kids had the opportunity to jump inside and check them out up close. This was a huge hit. (Gray couldn't take his eyes off the sky)

The planes on the tarmac were staffed with pilots and in this military chopper the pilots were telling stories and answering questions, some of the older gentlemen shared the same big eyes and big smile as Gray.
